Polynesian meat balls

2 pounds Ground Beef
1 Egg, beaten
1-1/2 c. quick cooking Rice, uncooked
1 small Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 small jar Pimento Pieces
Mix all ingredients together; shape into 24 balls; arrange in shallow greased baking dish. Bake in preheated oven.at 350° for 20 minutes, turning frequently.
