Mute Swans

While biking I discovered a swan herd so began a video. They seem to be young mute swans that were enjoying the beautiful spring day. Measuring 125 to 170 cm (49 to 67 in) in length, this large swan is wholly white in plumage with an orange beak bordered with black. It is recognizable by its pronounced knob atop the beak, which is larger in males. Swans usually mate for life, remaining together through the year. At the young age of 3 – 4 they begin to breed.
